Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an annual contract or a one-time fee? Per provider or per practice?

MIPS Solutions is a subscription billed annually priced per provider per 12-month period and includes submission to Medicare. Group discounts are available.

What if I change my mind about which plan I would like to use?

We’ve simplified our offering and only have one plan.

Will you invoice me or do you need payment up front?

When you are ready to make your purchase, you will have the option to pay by credit card or be invoiced. The invoice will be due upon receipt.

Ok, I’m ready to sign up! Now what?

When you’re ready, contact our sales team or a Consultant to get started with MIPS Solutions. Once you’ve signed up and purchased services, one of our friendly consultants will reach out to you to schedule your initial consultation meeting and discuss your next steps.

Do you offer discounts for large practices?

We offer group discounts for practices, starting with 50 or more clinicians. The Mingle Partner Program is also a great choice if you’re looking to bring MIPS Solutions to your customers or members.

Can I earn an incentive with all of the MIPS plans?

Your subscription with Mingle Health allows you to fully participate in MIPS with the potential to earn an incentive and bonus depending on your score in the MIPS performance categories. Your Mingle Consultant will guide you through the entire process and identify opportunities for improvement.

Is MIPS Solutions HIPAA compliant?

Mingle Health maintains a secure environment with standard HIPAA protections and PHI Best Practices fully enforced. We run continuous security checks on our systems, conduct annual third-party HIPAA reviews of the facility housing client data, and have rigorous security standards to ensure that your information is protected.

What information will I need to provide in order to sign up?

To sign up and register, you need to provide your name, email address, organization or practice name, billing address, and Tax Identification Number (TIN).
