Mingle Analytics is an early stage company that provides web-based software as a service to help health systems and healthcare providers analyze and use their practice data for Medicare reporting and practice improvement.  
 
Data Acquisition Consultants serve as a resource to guide medical organizations through the complex process collecting and delivering data for healthcare quality analytics. They use their knowledge of our requirements, systems and processes to assist clients, Mingle Client Services staff and our Sales team by providing expert advice for selecting the best data acquisition option for the client’s system.
 
Successful candidates possess a combination of Healthcare Information Technology and Customer Service skills, knowledge, and experience. They will work with our clients to select and implement effective and efficient data acquisition processes and, as a member of the Data Acquisition and Automation team, actively participate in improving and extending our capabilities. Data Acquisition Consultants demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills effectively tailoring technical information to audiences with a varying technical experience.

DBA/Azure SQL Development candidates will be expected to perform the following duties:
  • Develop, test, and maintain SQL queries, and stored procedures built on Microsoft technologies and in accordance with established standards.
  • With the Software team, develop products that deliver value to our clients.
  • With the DB team, design and implement solutions that scale to meet business needs.
  • Manage and maintain all DB instances in our environment as to updates, indexing, backups, log maintenance, services/jobs maintenance and performance tuning.
  • Build out, configure, populate and test new data environments as needed leveraging automated tools and processes to achieve consistency and quality.
  • Lead the transition of company database operations into the Azure Data Estate and Azure Data Services.
  • Develop SQL processes and schema to support reporting modules.
  • Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of SQL environment.
  • Assist Director of Development and CTO in building data strategy to encompass advanced Azure data technologies including, but not limited to: AI, machine learning, Hadoop, Spark, R and Python, in order to optimize the company's data estate and support new and emerging products and services
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related artifacts.
  • Package and support deployment of releases.

The Role
Mingle Analytics is seeking a dynamic candidate to help accelerate growth and serve as the bridge between marketing inbound leads and our customer success team. Over 33,000 healthcare providers and more than 2,000 practices chose Mingle Analytics in 2016 – this role will help that number grow! You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and be responsible for qualifying them, helping to answer their questions, and routing them appropriately internally; in addition, you’ll grow in the position to begin assisting with closing sales for motivated customers.
